Digital products
Our digital guides (The First 100 Points, $17, and The Amex Bible, $27) are delivered instantly as PDF downloads after payment. If you are not satisfied, email info@merrellcapitalgroup.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address used at checkout and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Funding Readiness Assessment
The assessment is free. No payment is collected.
Brokering success fee
We do not charge upfront fees. Our 10% success fee is invoiced only when a round of funding closes, as stated in your written service agreement. Because the fee is earned at closing, it is not refundable except for billing errors, which we will correct if reported within 30 days of the invoice.
Third-party services
Credit monitoring and any other third-party services linked from our site are sold and billed by those providers, and their own refund policies apply.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
